Really loved the place! Delicious, juicy, and flavorful. The burgers are top-notch! While we were waiting, the kids were given crayons and coloring pages — it was a nice touch and kept them entertained.

Extremely friendly staff! They were so patient, kind and helpful. Very fast service, and the food was excellent! We even get lucky a few times with a drink on the house! Must visit.
Shake Shack has been my favourite burger since the first time I tried one at the Madison Square Park location. Like all others, this one is busy, but it does have several outdoor tables. The burgers are smashed, griddle-style, and are tasty with a salty, crusted exterior. The crinkle cut fries are crispy and golden, and maybe underrated. Washed it down with a Fifty Fifty (half lemonade, half unsweetened ice tea)
Burgers and fries are delicious!! Was heading to Mcdonald’s until I saw shake shack and decided to get it instead. 7 for a single burger and 10 for one double burger. 4 for both a strawberry lemonade and a coke. Everything was fabulous
You need to try some street food in NYC and this chain is a great option. Truffle burger with parmigiano-truffle fries is a great combo.
I took a fried mushroom burger (vegetarian), and cheese fries and one small coke (called small but feels like the size is regular for me haha) overall it was good! I think it’s a bit overpriced because the size of the burger is a bit small. But I recommend to try it!
This location is generally pretty busy at all times due to being on Broadway. This was near the hotels we stayed at so, with the goal of saving some money, we grabbed dinner to go here a couple times. Much money was not saved, primarily because this is NYC, but ordering on touchscreens was easy, customer service was great, and food orders were correct. Burgers were good and shakes were the best!
